Winning in 2025
We are already 5 months into 2025. It seems every year moves a little faster. If the year was off to a rough start, it's never too late to begin again! One difference-maker we often discuss at our women's gatherings is the idea of "rewiring your brain." We were all wired to think, act, and believe a certain way based on our genetic makeup, our upbringing, and our past experiences. Rewiring helps us accomplish more and operate happy, healthy, and whole. Begin rewiring your brain by making minor adjustments instead of giant, unattainable goals.

Can I encourage you to be kind to yourself in this area?
  • Set realistic goals. Set yourself up for success by setting goals that fit your life. In certain seasons of life, some goals are just not realistic.
  • Set seasonal goals. Give yourself space to have goals for the colder months and different goals for the warmer months. Remind yourself that life tends to look different for us during the seasonal changes.
  • Set spiritual goals. Don't forget to include God in your goal-setting. He desires a deep and sincere relationship with you. Even one chapter of Scripture a day can be so helpful. Don't forget to add prayer. Just a few minutes in prayer can alter your day.

We are all walking in the sanctification process. We can slowly shift our brain patterns to healthy, positive, and grateful thoughts. This has been proven to heal unhealthy brain patterns and, in turn, heal our bodies.

Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.
Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:2
